What Speeds can you experience with Telkom LTE?You can get speeds of 10mbps to 50mbps with the Telkom LTE service. Please take note that speeds are dependent on external factors in and around the office or house.

Can I use my LTE Service anywhere?Yes, you can move your Telkom LTE SIM with you anywhere in South Africa where there is coverage. Take Note: it can take up to 24 hours for Telkom fixed LTE service to connect to the tower.

How long does delivery take?Delivery normally takes 5 to 7 working days. Should you order a router delivery can take 1 to 3 days longer.

Can I use the sim with another device?Yes, you can use the SIM card in any compatible LTE device. You will need Telkom LTE coverage in the relevant area where you want to use the service.

Is the Uncapped LTE sim compatible with a cellular device?No, you can only use the sim in a compatible LTE device.

Is RICA applicable for the LTE sim?You need to provide us with your RICA details, proof of ID, and proof of residence not older than 3 months.

How Many LTE sim can you order?There is a maximum of 3 orders per individual or legal entity.

How long the service take to activate after delivery?The sim will activate within a few hours to 1 day, it can however in extreme cases take up to 72 hours to activate.

Can you Upgrade or Downgrade the capped LTE service?Yes, you can request an upgrade or downgrade in the control panel. Remember that an upgrade or downgrade will happen on the 1st of a new month.

Do unused data rollover?Unused anytime data rollover for up to 60 days. Unused Night surfer data does not roll over to the next month.

Can I top up?Yes, you can top up. Top-ups is available in the client control panel.
